Terms of Service

The legal terms governing your use of Buy Bud Now - eligibility, account rules, payment via Interac and Bitcoin, shipping including same-day Lower Mainland local delivery, refunds, loyalty program terms, disclaimers, and British Columbia jurisdiction. Read carefully before using buybudnow.co or buybudnow.net.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Buy Bud Now websites at buybudnow.co and buybudnow.net, creating a BBN account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the sites. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buy Bud Now (a British Columbia-based business located at 5527 44 Avenue, Delta, BC V4K 1C9).

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal cannabis-purchasing age in your Canadian province (19 years or older in most provinces; 18+ in Alberta and Quebec) to use BBN. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you meet the legal age requirement; (b) you are a Canadian resident with a valid Canadian shipping address; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts; and (d) all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account registration

To place orders, you must register a BBN account with accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify BBN immediately at [email protected] or call 604-616-8353 if you suspect unauthorized account access. BBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices displayed on the BBN site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and inclusive of applicable federal and provincial taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and promotional codes are subject to change without notice. BBN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion - for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, quantity limits, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full payment amount is refunded per the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment (Interac & Bitcoin)

BBN accepts payment via Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin only. Credit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods are not accepted (Canadian financial infrastructure does not currently process credit card payments for cannabis retailers). Orders remain unfilled until payment is received. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. For Interac payments, use the exact recipient email and security question provided. For Bitcoin payments, send the specified BTC amount to the wallet address provided within the payment window (typically 30 minutes); if the payment window expires, the order may need to be replaced with new payment instructions.

6. Shipping and delivery

All orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost according to the Shipping Policy, except same-day Lower Mainland orders which use a local courier partner. Shipping timeframes are estimates only, based on Canada Post's published service standards and courier availability for local delivery. BBN is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, labour disruptions, or force majeure events outside our control. Signature and adult ID (19+ or 18+ depending on province) are required at delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Refunds, returns, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cannabis and cannabis-related products are not returnable once shipped due to Canadian health regulations. Damaged, missing, wrong, or defective product may qualify for replacement or refund subject to the Return & Refund Policy's terms.

8. Product information and use

Product descriptions, potency estimates, terpene profiles, effect descriptions, and dosing guidance provided on the BBN site are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnostic advice, or treatment recommendations. Cannabis affects individuals differently based on tolerance, metabolism, other medications, and health conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using cannabis, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medications, or have a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder.

9. Loyalty program terms

BBN's loyalty program (2% rewards on every order, $25 signup credit, $25 referral bonus) is subject to these general terms:

• Rewards accumulate as account credit and can be redeemed on any future order.
• Referral credits are issued only after the referred friend completes a paid order.
• Signup credit is one per household; multiple accounts from the same address may be flagged.
• BBN reserves the right to void loyalty credits obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Loyalty credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Loyalty credits are not transferable between accounts.
• Account credit expires 24 months from the date of accumulation if unused.

10. Prohibited use

You agree NOT to use the BBN site or products for any of the following:

• Resale, redistribution, or supplying to minors.
• Any activity that violates federal Canadian law, provincial law, or municipal bylaws.
• Fraudulent orders, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Automated scraping, bot activity, or reverse-engineering the site.
• Impersonating another person or providing false personal information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to BBN systems or other user accounts.
• Cross-border resale or export of cannabis products (cannabis import/export is a serious federal offence).
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit signup credits, referral bonuses, or first-order promo codes.

11. Intellectual property

All BBN site content - including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, brand names, page layouts, and design elements - is the property of Buy Bud Now or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. Our private-label brand names (CRFT, Fun Guy, Highnosaurs, 420 Canna Calendar) are BBN trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from BBN content without prior written permission. Product names, strain names, and cultivator names referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Disclaimers

The BBN site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under Canadian consumer protection law. BBN makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BBN makes no medical or therapeutic claims about any product. Cannabis products are for consumption at the user's own risk and responsibility.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Buy Bud Now, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or products - including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury caused by product misuse. BBN's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buy Bud Now, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) your misuse of cannabis products purchased through BBN; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

BBN may suspend or terminate your account and access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback initiation without prior contact, or repeated policy violations. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining account credit unless specifically negotiated otherwise. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.

16. Governing law (British Columbia)

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in British Columbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from any purchase from BBN will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

17. Changes to these terms

BBN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any change, discontinue use of the site.
